Acceptance of these terms

By using warmzaesthetics.com or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.

What we offer

Warmz Aesthetics sells activewear merchandise and coaching services:

- Online coaching — a fixed-length remote coaching package (programming, check-ins, and video sessions) that you purchase and pay for through the site. - One-on-one coaching — not sold directly online. You submit your contact details and goals, and we reach out to arrange it personally.

Orders, pricing & payment

All prices are shown in Ghana cedis (GHS) and include no hidden fees beyond what's shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order affected by one, with a full refund.

You can pay by card or mobile money via Paystack, or choose pay-on-delivery / pay-in-cash for eligible orders. An order is only confirmed once payment succeeds (for Paystack) or once we've recorded it as placed (for pay-on-delivery) — we'll always show you an order confirmation either way.

Delivery

Delivery applies to physical merchandise only. We deliver within the areas we serve; if you're outside that area, we'll contact you directly. Online and one-on-one coaching involve no physical delivery — see the relevant product/page for how each is actually provided.

Coaching — health & fitness disclaimer

Online and one-on-one coaching involve physical exercise and carry inherent risk of injury. By purchasing or starting coaching with us, you confirm that:

- You are physically able to participate in an exercise program, and you'll consult a doctor before starting one if you have any medical condition, injury, or concern that could make exercise unsafe for you. - Our coaches are not medical professionals, and nothing we provide — including meal plans, workout routines, or advice — is medical advice or a substitute for it. - You participate at your own risk, and we are not liable for any injury, illness, or other harm arising from your participation, except where that liability cannot legally be excluded. - We do not guarantee any specific result (weight loss, strength gain, or otherwise) — results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort and consistency.

Intellectual property

The Warmz Aesthetics name, logo, and all site content (text, photos, and design) belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use of the site.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupting it, or using it for anything unlawful.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warmz Aesthetics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products and services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Ghana, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
